ich fühle mich etwas (2022) — Our skin is sensitive to the way we feel. In the series »ich fühle mich etwas« (I feel me, I feel something), microscope photographs of the skin demonstrate how it makes emotions visible and how sensitively our skin reacts to social encounters when moments get close. Skin textures in these photographs are overlaid with external display and material structures that inhibit a clear view of the skin. The work includes fabric prints, sculptures and a poetry booklet, all of which interact sensitively with environment and people.
