A seemingly monochrome landscape gradually begins to dissolve into textures, layers, and subtle disturbances, in a play between clarity and dissolution. Familiar elements transform into nearly abstract forms through shifts in scale and perspective. In »Schwarz und Weiss und« (Black and White and), fine colored particles interrupt the muted surface, creating depth and tension while revealing hidden layers within the otherwise reduced visual field. The work follows a mode of perception that moves along fragments, discovering contradictions and nuances within reduction—allowing the landscape to appear both present and elusive.
